How can counselling help?

What is person-centred counselling?
I primarily use person-centred therapy, which means you decide what you want to talk about, and I won’t tell you what to do. After an initial assessment, we will explore together how you feel about yourself, how life events have impacted you, and how to discover the true version of yourself. You will learn how to flourish in a way that's unique to you as you trust your own feelings and make decisions for your future.
